• Deck and pergola construction
• General contracting and home additions

Service descriptions are provided as general guidance. The specific scope of each project will be outlined in a formal contract prior to the start of work.

3. Estimates and Contracts

We provide free initial estimates for remodeling projects. All formal projects require a signed contract detailing the scope of work, payment schedule, and timelines before any work begins or materials are ordered.

4. Access to Your Property

By scheduling service, you grant CAVU Design & Construction access to your property during scheduled work hours. You are responsible for ensuring:

• The work area is clear of personal belongings
• Pets are secured away from the construction zone

5. Limitation of Liability

CAVU Design & Construction is a fully insured remodeling professional in the state of Florida.

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural defects or code violations not visible during initial inspection
• Damage caused by storm events, flooding, or acts of nature
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
